6. Closure

This report described the experimental results for the treatment of the bottom sediments by using bio-reactors. It is planned that the middle scale of the second experiment will be carried out in this year at marsh Furukawa. The treatment facility of the polluted bottom sediments has been operating at the prawn farm in Okinawa, using the above technology. Also, in 1990,the large scale of demonstration experiments capacity 25 m/d had been conducted based on the above technology in the biggest lake in Japan and data have now been analyzing._
